supremely feminine Canis Lupus
collects odd things across her world,
reflections of eclectic elegance are
stationed on wood and in her eyes,
although constrained by the lumpen
confines of those who never really see.
unlike one left breathless by the dark
rimmed vision swimming in those eyes,
one who yet visits those depths in dreams
of past and present splendor framed,
places of pain so sweet and ancient
they defy the stars to call them child.
