Jade queen is dead, yet new queen arises

From ashes and dust: a triumphant trust,

Casting aside all wary wisdom

Resting on shoulders of change

No receipt for deceit is required

Or desired in amelioration of

Jubilation now ruling the way,

While dancing we sway

To notes, no longer draped

In tones of melancholia,

Marking a state (not of grace)

Or songs of unknown trace

Gilt in sadness or madness;

Brook lines speak of gladness,

As hands far softer than she knows

Wrap bleeding blisters from long ago

Valkyrie may have shot the food

But maid of Gaul soothes the soul

And puts all pain to rest
